Annual General Meeting - 10 March 2021

The Annual General Meeting of Lincolnshire UNISON will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams on Wednesday 10th March 2021. Joining details to be sent separately.

There will be two meetings and members can attend either at:

12.30pm or 5.30pm.

Also attached are the newly updated Branch Rules for our branch, which have not be amended for some considerable time. These have been revised mainly to include the use of electronic meetings, given the restrictions of the current pandemic. We have also taken this opportunity to update the branch leadership arrangements, management of staff employed by the branch, financial regulations, data protection and other minor alterations. The present branch rules state that these can only be changed by majority vote at an AGM, therefore it is our intention to propose that the new rules are accepted at the March 2021 AGM. The revised rules have been written by a working group within the branch. The alterations have been accepted by Branch Council for presentation to the AGM; and reflect best practice, the latest regulations and fully reflect our current branch operating procedures. Please consider the revised rules and support the alteration of these at the AGM.
